Urgent NICU Support for Baby Vaishnavi Kumar Lohar

A newborn baby's life hangs in the balance as he fights for survival in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Baby of Vaishnavi Kumar Lohar was born on 16 June 2026 and has been facing serious medical complications since birth. The baby is currently admitted to NICE Advanced Neonatal Care Centre and Children's Hospital, Kolhapur, where doctors are providing round-the-clock intensive care.

According to the treating doctors, the newborn requires continued NICU admission, oxygen support, blood investigations, X-rays, medicines, and specialized neonatal treatment. While the baby is showing signs of recovery, doctors have advised that he will need several more weeks of intensive care and monitoring.

The child's family comes from a financially struggling background and is finding it extremely difficult to arrange the funds required for this life-saving treatment. The estimated medical expenses are between ₹2,00,000 and ₹2,50,000, an amount far beyond the family's means.
